  • About the Registration


    The registration for the Boao Youth Development Conference is now OPEN.


    It should be noted that the registration process must be completed online, and the admission certificate will be obtained once the registration process is accomplished. Please click on the link below to upload your personal information. To ensure smooth attendance during the conference, details are as follows:

     

    1. Please complete and submit the online application form carefully. The committee will send the forum guidebook, up-to-date notices, post-forum photos, contacts, and other information to the participants through the information reserved in the application form. Please ensure that the information filled in is verified and accurate.

    2. After the submission, the committee will verify your qualification and will contact you within 5 working days.

    3. Upon arrival at the venue, all participants should collect their delegate cards and other conference materials with the confirmation letter. You cannot proceed to the subsequent activities without the accomplishment of the process mentioned above.

     

    4. NOTE that the deadline for the registration application is April 10th. No registration beyond the date will be accepted in principle.


    About the Fees


    Currency: USD
    There are several registration packages to choose from to allow you to customize your participation in the conference and exhibition. We encourage the registers to book a reasonable package which includes the accommodation. The conference is offering a package registration fee that includes a 3-night stay.

    The payment can be paid by Wire or PayPal. The difference caused by bank service and the exchange rate is NOT included.

    3 attendees receive a 10% discount
    4-5 attendees receive a 20% discount (applicable to only registration fee)
    6-10 attendees receive a 30% discount (applicable to only registration fee)
    10+ attendees receive a 40% discount (applicable to only registration fee)

    About the Payments
     


    If you choose to make the payment by wire transfer, the Committee will email you the Payment Notice. Upon the completion of the payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via email. Note that the invoice is available if required.

     

    Important Notice for Cancellation


    If you are unable to attend our conference due to any personal reasons, please send the cancellation application to kathy@boaobfy.com. It should be noted that only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded before Aril 14th, 2024. No fees will be refunded after the deadline.

     

    If the conference cannot be held as scheduled due to the pandemic, the deadline will be postponed accordingly.
